Shipping Policy

Our aim is complete customer satisfaction. We believe that if the customer is happy with our products and services, then he/she will shop again on the website. However, not always the situations are in our favor and if the customer is not happy with our products then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation.

We want that what you have ordered should be a good product according to your expectation, which you like, but still if something is not right then you tell us. We are always ready at your service. You can return the product and place a new order for a different color, or a different size, or a new pattern.

Return/Exchange is connected only under the following conditions:

  • If you ordered the wrong product and size
  • If the product information is not matching with your product
  • Wrong product and size shipped by the company

All the products must be returned in the actual condition they were received in along with any bills and labels.

How to raise dispute for an order:

By sending an email to support@yashgallery.com with images of broken/damaged/defective products within 48 hours of delivery. We need photos of the damaged/defective/various products we received so that we can examine them. Kindly share your order number in the email.

Must read return and exchange policy:-

  • All sales, discounts brought with coupons and gift vouchers purchases are non-refundable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Kindly check the size chart carefully before shopping the product.
  • There are some items that are "Made to Order on customer request" that are not eligible for return.
  • You can cancel your Cash on Delivery (COD) order within 24 hours of order. Please call us on +91 6377203362 or write to us at support@yashgallery.com to request a cancellation.
  • Only products which are unconsumed, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.
  • There are many situations when a customer has ordered multiple products, and one or more products are not available in stock. In this case, you are requested to choose an alternative item from the same price range.
  • When customers wish to exchange the product in case of product size issues and fittings not being appropriate, they will have to bear the shipping cost of the exchanged product themselves.

Reverse pickup will be done within 72 hours of applying for return/exchange via email – support@yashgallery.com

Refunds will be made after the product reaches us and the quality check is successful.

As long as the product is not used and the tags are intact, refunds will be initiated.

If you apply for return/exchange after 48 hours of receiving the parcel, we will assist you with the exchange or coupon code for the amount you paid.

7 days Exchange window is open from the date of product delivery.
